A coach house.
A back garden.

In 2023, Ruth Diskin turned a nineteenth-century coach house in her Bramley back garden into Fat Pigeon Bakery.

The renovation was her own work. The name came from the pigeons visiting the garden. And the idea was simple: a place for neighbours to come by and buy locally.

You'll find us a few doors from Bramley Baths, with bread, pastries and a welcome on Saturday mornings.
